All Sales Are Generally Final

Because readings involve dedicated preparation time, all purchases are final once a session has been scheduled or delivered.

Exceptions

If a session was purchased but never delivered or scheduled due to an error on our end, contact us for a full refund. Requests to reschedule (rather than cancel) are always welcome.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in your booking being cancelled without a session.
